Pricing questions, answered.

  • They are photoreal, not illustrations. The model keeps the geometry of your room and changes surfaces and furnishings, so the result reads as a photograph of the same room: restyled, not redrawn.

  • No. The chat is deliberately plain. “Warmer, softer, less chrome” is a perfectly valid brief. The app translates feeling into model instruction.

  • Yes. Every paid plan includes a commercial license for outputs you generate. Studios use renders in listings, proposals, and presentations.

  • They are stored privately in your account. They are never used to train public models. You can delete any photo or render at any time.

  • Any time, from your account. You keep access until the end of the paid period. No phone calls, no retention scripts.

  • A standard Design Studio render costs 7 credits, so the $9 Starter pack covers about 7 renders and a Pro month (500 credits) covers roughly 71. Lighter edits cost less: color and lighting tweaks are 3 credits and canvas object removal is 1, so most rooms take fewer credits than you might expect.

  • Nothing is lost. Unused credits roll over month to month for as long as your subscription is active, and one-time credit packs never expire. Buy them whenever you need a top-up and use them at your own pace.

  • Yes. Cancel from your account in two clicks. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. No phone calls, no retention scripts, no win-back hoops.

  • You can request a refund for unused credits within 30 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable, and processing fees may be deducted. See our payment terms for the full policy and how to request a refund.

  • Yes. Your monthly allotment is added to your balance each billing period, and whatever you have not spent stays there. Subscription credits and top-up packs share one balance and never expire while your account is in good standing.

  • Yes. Manual drawing, furniture placement, geometric 3D and basic PDF export are free. Your first successful trace is free, with up to three trial attempts per account. Additional AI actions and branded concept versions use shared credits; saved PDF downloads and client feedback are free.
