This compact apartment garage is rearranged into a purposeful industrial workspace with a heavier butcher-block workbench replacing a simple table, a wall-mounted pegboard tool display, and a vertical bike rack freeing floor area. The new layout keeps the original large windowed door and sectional garage door but adds storage and task lighting for clearer work zones. The AI concept concentrates tools and gear on the left wall and uses wall-mounted systems on the right to maximize open floor space. In the before image a slim metal work table, open shelving and two bikes hung flat on hooks are visible, leaving the middle of the garage mostly empty. The workbench area in the concept swaps the narrow tabletop for a thicker butcher-block surface, integrates a rolling tool cabinet and frames the tools on a larger, more organized pegboard. The after concept also replaces the upper-left ambient garage light with a single linear fixture centered on the ceiling and introduces a vertical bike rack on the right wall plus a closed wall cabinet for small parts.
